Im a fan of Totto in NYC and I’m glad there is one here. Excellent quality ramen . Broth format here is different than the nyc one but still very rich in flavors. Ramen ???? had to ordered to be added
Solid ramen experience. Interesting it's a chicken broth not pork . They also have a miso broth. Was very tasty. Small place so lines sometimes.
Prob my favorite ramen in Taipei. Quality is consistent, no crazy lines . Spicy paitan with pork broth for 200NT. No need for deluxe - perfect as is.
Nearly identical to the ones in NYC, except without the insane wait. Get a spicy paitan with pork , with a side of onsen egg .

Ramen is good but pop music doesn't fit...
招牌雞白湯的叉燒可選雞肉或豬肉，不過炙烤豬叉燒相當油使得湯頭喝起來過於厚重，多少失了雞白湯應有的清爽風味。無沾麵類，另收10%服務費，可刷卡有發票。
超重味精，無法消化胃脹到差點要吐
