If you want help go first thing in the morning (before 11) while the replenishment team is still there. We honestly give customers the best service.

Watch out for pricing changes...check the tags under the tags to be sure you're getting the deal you think you're getting.

15 minutes walking through the store and couldn't locate one employee outside of the kid working the (only open) register.

Try to avoid coming on weekends during the holiday season, the place is packed.

I'll go somewhere else. Manager wouldn't help me and called over someone else. She was busy bullying an employee. I thought she was too aggressive n smelt like booze and cigarettes. Not comfortable .

This is the dirtiest, out-of-date Michaels in the area. Good luck finding what you're looking for because organization is not a priority at this store.

Worst stocked and managed michaels in the area. Used to be fine, but had recently tanked. Won't even let me use their own coupons on items that aren't their own brand.

Don't get in Julia's line , Ms. SCROOGE!!!
