Craving nachos ? They'll put some chips in a bowl, cover it with cheese then top it with whatever. The heat from the beans and meat will melt the cheese .
Non-Menu Suggestion - Ask for a Barbacoa Quesadilla with corn salsa & tell them to "make it crispy " so you'll get a good gooey 'dilla.
Burritos are huge! Get the bowl.
If you ask, they will give you empty taco shells.
Need salsa in bulk for your next soiree? If you bring in a container, the manager should be able to just fill it up and charge you by the weight (they calculate by the ounce).
Want some Tabasco to go? You can always ask for a little portion cup that they put the salsas in.
