Local coffee is my favorite. Espresso drinks were delicious. They handmade a yogurt parfait that was one of the best I’ve had. And you get to watch them roast for entertainment.
Simple things are not always so simple to achieve, but Matador succeeds: good coffee , friendly staff and nice ambiance. Good job guys!
