There is so much to do here! Near McKinley Marina , Veteran's Park offers tons of wide open space for picnic'ing , kite-flying, reading, biking , jogging, roller blading and more.
Veterans Park is a great place to run if you want to be near the lake . There are often many people there running or riding bikes . It is also fun to look out and see all the sail boats in the summer.
Went to Octoberfest- I really enjoyed trying all different kinds of beer here. And the brat on a pretzel roll was amazing!!
Great place to jog or bike . Nice views of the lake , lagoon and downtown. The kite store is also in the park .
