Best colorist for blonds: Emma Middlekauf. Stylists who excel in cut-and-color are a dying breed, but Middlekauff tints just as well as she trims (single process from $71; partial from $96).
These ladies are uber talented & one of my favorite clients! Give them a call for top hair & skincare services in Chicago.
