Ask any chef in Vegas where to dine and the magical phrase Abriya Raku slips off their lips. Mitsuo Endo simply makes some of the best Japanese food in town with nary a sushi on the menu.
Oyaji tofu , Kanpachi if they have it, butter scallop . You can't go wrong, though. It's one of the best Japanese restaurants in the US. Always ????. Make a reservation or wait 45 min.

We didn't have reservations & they were willing to seat us. The staff knowledgeable & friendly . The food was beyond amazing. I'd go back.
Genuinely the best Japanese place I've ever been to. Foie gras is to die for, but everything you can order is amazing. Definitely making this a vegas tradition.
"A fantastically authentic Japanese restaurant/izakaya. This is where all the great chefs on the Strip go after their shift—they serve until 3 or 4 a.m.” - Peter Jon Lindberg Read more
Dishes such as tofu and tomato salad with crispy baby eel , steamed foie gras egg custard and cold green tea soba with poached egg are just examples of Chef Mitsuo Endo’s modern Japanese cuisine.
Tofu salad , $7: The best way to describe it would be a twisted Caprese salad . Homemade tofu takes on the consistency of tender, soft mozzarella between slices of fresh tomato on a bed of seaweed .
Every chef in town stops by Mitsuo Endo’s tiny 48-seater that serves up Japanese robataki dishes, small portions cooked over a charcoal grill , that can change your life. [Eater 38 Member] Read more

There is NOTHING BAD HERE! The salmon & Yellowtail are to die for...

Asajime chicken thigh off the robata grill . Diver scallop and matsutake mushroom off the specials grill menu.
This has become a local favorite and there is a great chance that you will bump into well know industry personalities. Too many non-sustainable proteins served for my taste but the vibe is good and th

Amazing late night Japanese eats. It's a must-visit while in Vegas.
Mitsuo Endo elevates Japanese pub food to new heights. He eschews sushi in favor of robata-yaki (charcoal-grilled dishes) and tops agedashi-dofu with salmon roe and mushrooms .
Try the Sashimi Salad - Very fresh fish and surprising deal--$14 for a big, shareable salad . Dressing is excellent.
