I love their cheese plate selection. Their soups and salads are pretty great if you are needing something light. The whiskey passport is pretty fantasic as well .

If you have trouble remembering what's on special on Whiskey Wednesday , use the acronym NIBS... North American, Irish, Bourbon , Scotch . That's the rotation order from week to week.

The summer salad is the best I've ever had. I order it every time I go. Its so so so good. I would eat it on a train . I would eat it in the rain. Order it. Now.

best margarita in chambana. fresh juice flavors. none of that crappy sugary mix. and great place to enjoy food from local farmers .

Their Whiskey Wednesdays can't be beat, and be sure to ask for their blackened fish tacos (garnished with tangy slaw ) and goat cheese dip .
