The rooms are modern and the furniture is brand new and everything in the mini bar is free of charge. The staff are very friendly , theyre still in their soft opening.

Modern luxury hotel , relaxing atmosphere and great Location.the hotel staff are super friendly .There are 6 restaurants but since it was opened last sunday there is only one working.Highly recommend it

Nice place in Riyadh..but to tell the truth it's way below my expectation for such a famous hotel !! It has many resturants and coffee lounges ..2 with open areas ..I really liked (La beigou) terrace????

Le Bijou Cafe 's atmosphere is perfect for a day with your loved ones (whether outside or inside) Chicken Vol Au Vent and Croque Madame . Desserts , Tiramisu wins. They have tons of pastry selections ❤️

My love SPA in riyadh "resense" kempinski hotel is the only hotel in riyadh had an out door pool for ladies. Always give an excellent service in booth hotel and SPA

For me, it the best in Rio, you don't feel isolated, it's a very lively place , and the ladies pool area is sooooo comfy coz of the spoil services tgey provide you there!✌????️❤️

3rd floor restaurant : quiet place ,not crowded and efficient service which make it the perfect place for business meetings , but the food choices were limited.

When Riyadh has a view !???? I really like the hotel overall but in-room dining food was awful ????

Lovely outdoor seating , I'd probably opt to go on day's other than weekends to avoid the crowd and get better tables, get there early for the blankets ❄️❄️

Breakfast buffet area is cozy and quiet . Nothing outstanding about the food selection. Highlights: fresh berries , pancake and omelette stations. Very polite and helpful staff .

4th floor Cigar Lounge has a nice view and tasty coffee and sweets. I would recommend going there if you look for peace , quiet and romantic vibe .

Le Bijou Cafe with an outdoor terrace one of the best in riyadh in cool days. And the sea food night in aroma restaurant is recommended.

Amazing breakfast and great service. The waiters make you feel at home. They are caring and so friendly . Big shouts to Usman at mezzanine - who made our stay in Burj Rafal enjoyable.

The place is nice but the service is really bad, no one cares to the customers and even when people point that out they ignore the guests. They don't refill food in the buffet for a long time.

Excellent location almost easy to get to many sightseeings ; the service is luxurious too

Great facilities,super locations near the airport avoid the traffic and stay there,fantastic food in all restaurants and services are superb

The wedding hall will be open on June and the other facilities such as swimming pool ,spa and shopping mall are still under construction , excited to see it again when it's fully operated ????

It was a nice quiet place . I stayed in a junior suite for a weekend to finish work and I liked it. Their in room riding is OK.
