Usually good service mostly except on the most recent visit was bad,girl at the register not friendly and didn't give us our drinks until we asked her, looking at us like we are begging for freebies
Even if you call ahead for your order you still have to wait for a long time. Staffs are not organized . I waited for almost 30 mins and they didn't know that my order and has been ready for awhile.
I rather order here than the other bay area locations. Bayfair and BSt are GHETTO! !
