The Apple Pancake is awesome, but you'd better be hungry! And they have the best bacon !
The Dutch Baby will change your life. Carb up and enjoy. The omelettes are also superb if you prefer protein options.
The Buttermilk Pancakes are superb and the bacon is the best I've ever had (huge, thick cuts).

Their German pancake is really good. Be sure to ask for citrus syrup/marmalade to go with it.
