Salsa is the best, obviously made fresh, as the spicy level varies. Other great options: Pete's Tacos , Strait Plate, Poblano Crema Enchiladas . Service can be hit/miss, but Laura is always on it.
Watermelon margaritas in the summer of 2017 are amazing. Beef fajitas for 2 are plenty of food for at least 1.5 dinners . Service here isn't something to write home about. Dog friendly porch .
Strait Plate, Hernandez-style, egg over easy , crispy beef taco on the side... And don't forget the large house margaritas ... Very good and strong, no need to upgrade
For a lighter option, try the Skinny Sheryl's. Two chicken enchiladas with rice and grilled zucchini ! Excellent with the tomatillo sauce .
warning - this place is addicting!!! tortilla soup amazing, I do skinny marg with a splash of strawberry , love the tacos and chicken quesadilla
I like the original plate you get a taco before your enchiladas and rice and beans and the Dr. Pepper is good .
The Carne Guisada Burrito is to die for! The meat inside is very tender and so good!
Large House Margarita , Rockin' Ruthanne's with fajita chicken (add grilled serranos)... Also, has the best fajita nachos I've ever had
Great food, reasonable portions (lunch ) & awesome service.
Pretty good enchiladas to be had here. Service can be spotty on occasion.
Not the best Maudies, but in the hood so we go here fairly often. I still think Maudies has the best crispy beef taco in town .
Gluten free mecca with separate menus, and very tasty tomatillo sauce .
Order French fries & queso ! Who knew that Maudie's rocks crisp, tasty fries ? So yum!
Z Silver floater for your margarita is $1.50!! Crazy to pass on that!
Go for the new Blood Orange Margaritas . Sub Herradura Silver for the Cazadores tequila , and hold the salt.
Flippin love Maudie's Hacienda! Their margaritas are the bomb and their salsa YUM!
You can order half portions of enchiladas and nachos . Plenty of food less cost.
Pete's Tantalizing Tacos are consistently tasty. If you're thinking Migas , try Pete's instead
Excellent beverages . Breakfast tacos are awesome . Fave

Frozen sangria margarita was delicious!
Prickly pear margarita , bean dip , and chalupas
Honestly, the quality has drastically declined. They mostly just flavor their food with salt.
Sausage egg and cheese tacos were delish!
The guacamole is good!!
Great under 500 cal plates
The Spinach and Bacon Salad is Yummy!
The cheese enchiladas are awesome!
They have big beers here!
The food and the people.
A bit pedestrian but consistent.
Best margaritas ever. House on the rocks with salt. I swear by them
Great service at the bar .
Vegan friendly !
Love the breakfast tacos .
They need to have more purse hooks under the bar . One hook every three seats is not enough, according to some patrons.
Great chips and salsa
Good food. HORRIBLE "service"
Margaritas , Maggie's plate
Vegetarian fajitas
Pete's tacos , need I say more!
Try the refried beans ! Now that's good.
