Had one item to return, one person in front of me at the counter with a microwave in his cart. Took 20 minutes before a second employee finally offered assistance. Customer service focus? NOT!

On the self check out, you don't have to place items in the nagging area.

I passed 13 associates, wait now 14 and no one helped
