Perfect place when the weather is good to sit outside and people watch as they come in and out of Kew Gardens Station in a wonderful lush, green and slightly tropical square.
There's so much opportunity for decent coffee shops in London. This place serves the usual Starbucks bilge, with added chaos, unruly kids and crushing inefficiency.
Lovely staff but certainly not quiet in the morning with lots of prams and young kids.
I'm not really a fan of Starbucks but needs must while I waited for Kew Gardens to open. Nice staff here and the Danish was fine. Starbucks coffee as grim as always though.
The girl who serves you is absolutely stunning and is worth the trip just for her. :)
Why is it whenever you ask to redeem a free drink on your card you end up being charged for it? Then it takes forever to get a refund done. Why can’t they do it right the first time?
Overloaded with badly behaved kids and uppity kew mums. The least relaxing place in London?
Changed the breakfast panini recipe- mushrooms out, sausage in. Yuk
Getting slower and slower service in the morning. Stupid system.
Can I resist correcting the errors in punctuation and spelling on their new promo sign?
I ordered a cinnamon swirl and it was old and dry!!! i asked a member of staff to exchange it fir pancakes .. It took more than 5mins to have them warm. Not really satisfied
Always hot in there. AC never works. Not a place to go during a warm day. Workers are not friendly and I know for a fact that they're not allowed to touch customers' credit cards but they always do.
Expresso , double what more is there
Now revamped. Brighter.
Beware the girl with the ferret... Cause that's ME! :)
Love the staff here
So slow in the morning it is painful. Needs sorting.
Beware the mums mafia here at 8.30am
seems to be getting quicker to get served
The latte taste great and the caffe has a good atmosphere! - Tina Burke
We have been to Kew gardens at least five times. There always something new to see and most of the flowers displays are and greenhouses astonishing. The best way to get there is by river - anthony constantinou
Do NOT miss this if you're in London! Plan to spend the whole day there so go early.. A marvellous outing for couples or families. - Sharifa Islam
