Nice hotel thou not easy to find. Crowd surrounding makes you alive! The manager is helpful, fast responding and friendly . Wifi is free, room is clean and nice. Definetely will come back.

Very spacious room ,nice ambience&cheaper price for a 4stars hotel .North tower is a new wing4 this hotel .Most importantly its ground floor is linked to Palladium World&very near2 Platinum Fashion Mall .

Booked the suite. Value for money indeed. A lot of shops nearby and the major malls are walking distance.

Agreed the location is great as it is close to everything. 5* it is not. Rooms and halls are dark and cleanliness is not so great. Eat the chicken rice across the hotel with the pink shirts .

Main Tower . Floor 26. Sink-in King size bed ! 4 pillows are all of the same hardness!! Backache n neckache.

Staffs at the reception couldn't really understand English, had a hard time checking in. Staffs were friendly and helpful. A dead shopping mall connected to the hotel from ground level.

Very nice room and good wifi . However service is garbage. Do not buy into hotel staff 's suggestion to pay for a flat rate taxi ; you can get one for cheaper on your own.

Bad wifi , poor connection. Besides, I booked a room with queen bed for me and my husband and when I arrived they gave us a room with twin beds! Sleeping separated in honeymoon. Changing hotel .

Wifi is bad. It is hard to send photo through. But room is clean and new.
