Fun nautical themed bar with outdoor drinking up front, a dance-floor in the back and on the second floor on weekends. Relaxed and cheap happy hour during the week.
5-24-2010: Lately, they're running all-day happy hour on Sundays. Drinks are,like,$4. I enjoyed the "3rd floor" outside. Walk thru dance floor , back patio , then up outdoor stairs to crow's nest perch .
Best mini club in Midtown Manhattan, very close to Times Square!no cover except major events .music is good & they don't have the same playlists.Con: they don't accept credit card unless more than $20.
Best music in midtown.
Two floors each with different music .. Varied clientele young and old, gets quite crowded and sweaty on Friday and Saturday.
One of the latest Happy Hours in the city ('til 9 PM). There's also a smallish outdoor area behind the dance floor area to cool off and get some evening air. PACKED on Friday and Saturday nights.
Friendly Staff , Multiple Spaces, Great Drinks.. Looking forward to the full effect when NY is all the way open..
The Ritz is a great place to come late at night when everyone is nice and drunk. Just be aware that guys tend to get a bit aggressive towards the wee hours of the night on the dance floor .
Let's be real it's not the classiest of establishments, but when you want to go out and just dance with your friends, there's really no place better. It's all about the crew you bring here.
If u like beautiful sexy men this is the place to come. They may not be to into you if ur a woman but if your all about the chase and not the catch this is the place to be!
There are 2 floors each with different music . The 2nd floor is much cooler and less crowded . Lots of drugs... if you're naive or innocent you may need to go elsewhere.
2 floors of drinks and dancing . Great assortment of DJ’s and Drag Queens . Make sure to catch DJ Xavier’s bedazzled headphones. -Zac Young, Top Chef Just Desserts
You can actually have some fun in here even if the dancing floor is probably smallest one I've seen so far.
Monday nights with Bianca Del Rio are the funniest night if the week. Show starts around midnight. Fridays are the best with no attitude , cute guys, bartender who aren't pricks and DJ Xavier spinning.
Be ready to get wet and I'm not talking about just from drinks being spilled all over.
Head back to the Patio Thurs-Sun for drinks and music ! Patio open on the weekend with a cutie PUerto Rican. Oh wait that's me. ????
Fun to dance but a lot of rules and pushy staff .
No cover and great DJs !!!
Chris Ryan runs the party and he def knows what's up. Def check it out
Totally agree with Travis. No attitude , friendly bartenders , generous pours. More roomy than most other gay bars in the hood. Each room/floor has a different vibe, lots of nooks.
The ritz is so chic , must have a beverage here :)
When @damiandazz is here, just buy him a drink. That is all.
this club is really good except for the Afro-American bartender wich is really nasty with the customers(example: I DON'T LIKE YOU GO TO ANOTHER BARTENDER)
Good place for gay tourists visiting NYC. Awesome music and cheap drinks .
Happy hour from 4:00 to 9:00 daily. Rail drinks are just $4.
Great happy hour ... $4 wines from 4-9 p.m.
Loved the DJ ! The music is off the chain!
Best DJs in the city . Two floors, secret third floor on some nights.
I like Frankie the Bouncer (w/ the cigar ) more than anyone else in the joint. Just go hang with him out front.
Remember, " occupancy by more than 100 persons is dangerous and unlawful"
Very cheap drinks !
This place is always fun doesn't matter what day I go I always have a blast!
Generally I don't remember what goes on when I'm here. Great spot to get wasty-face. Read more
Fun place!! Great staff ..best happy hour !!
Coat check on the third floor when it's not busy
Fun, but don't expect to find someone to dance with if you're a queer girl. When I went to crowd was 100% gay guys and straight girls.
Come by on Sunday afternoons from 3pm-9pm for Confession! It's Hell's Kitchen's only Tea Dance and hosted by Dallas DuBois with DJ Robert Maril.
Great bar and specials'
Drag race viewing party - Mondays at 10! What whaaaat!
The best music I've heard in HK thus far!
Try to dance on every floor!
John the bartender is welcoming and cute !
They pour cheap liquor when you order premium... Caught them serving coke mixed with Jaeger...
Theres a second floor!
Basically just another typical NY gay bar . Plastic glasses, expensive drinks, same-as-everywhere music . Boooring
Marlo, the bartender , is a sweetheart. Really, really nice and super hot.
you know you're having a good time when a Drag Queen jokes on you,it's all fun & games
Great music , good drinks, be careful on all the stairs ....
Marco pours a great drink!!
The bartender kenny is hot! And makes great drinks!!!
One of my favorite stops when I am in NYC. Great people and staff. Totally worth coming to see. - Jason Thompson
Hardware has a great stage and seating area in the back. Great shows from great drag queens. - Michael LaMasa
It's a great place to 'get your gay on'. Gorgeous decor, fabulous shows including a weekly Sherry Vine show, and great music with fab DJs like Scotty Rox. Amazing atmosphere. - Pandora Boxx - LogoTV
Vegetarians also difficult to find something on the menu for yourself. But you can ask to adapt almost any dish. breakfast any time of day :) - Nancy Redtoad
