If you're in Vegas and want to do Tapas this is your place. Just tell the waiter you'd like them to pick everything for you (based on any preference you have) and let them do the rest. It always works

What you see here is quite possibly the best $8 bite of food on the planet! I would rate Jaleo 10 out of 10, but that would not do it justice. Top 5 meal of my lifetime. Excellent!

Great place to go if you are in the mood for multiple flavors and a good glass of Spanish wine . A must are the Lamb Chops , the Calamari and the Garlic Shrimp !

The bacalao fritters and egg with roe on toasts were my favorite dishes from the night. I'm going to stay away from the chicken and mushroom paella and tuna cones next time.

Escalivada cantilana and the Gambas al ajillo were both amazing!! Not to mention a delicious sangria and tuna tartare . The veggie paella was a bit pricey for what you got.

Stop in for sangria hour from 5-7. Killer sangria , and the accompanying bites are a delight. PS: The gin and tonics are worth the eye-watering price.

Get the pan con tomate. Pulpy tomato smeared over good bread with nice olive oil . Perfect accompaniment to many of the salad tapas .

Croquetas de pollo - mouthwatering with a novel presentation. Loved the chorizo and indeed all the meat tapas . Sangria was refreshing. Service was great. What can I say, love this place!

Outstanding gin and tonic cocktail . We ordered as we went, which ended up keeping the cost down. Get the jamon iberico de bellota!! Raisin bread with goat cheese & piquillo peppers Toloso were great!

The speciality Gin drink is amazing. The ice ball is clear and lovely. The food is fantastic. Try for the tapas . Wonderful cheese plate and best of all the servers are genuine and helpful.

Fantastic service and experience. Great tapas ! Go with the Brussels sprout salad . The famous shrimp can be skipped though.

The food is endlessly tasty. The Bravas and the shrimps were delighful, so as the jamón . Quite expensive but worth the visit. I want to go back.

This place has the most amazing manchego I've seen. Get it with the tomato brushed bread . And love the bacon wrapped dates .

Delicious food and awesome service! The liquid olives are a must try for the adventurous and I highly recommend the ostra gin & tonic and the pan con tomate!

Every Sunday, Jaleo hosts a Cochinillo Asado, a traditional pig roast in a wood fired oven. Join us for Sunday supper, a meal meant to be shared with family and friends.

Anyone will be able to find many things to love on this menu. And don't be too polite when sharing or you'll end up with a tableful of sharing plates with the last bite getting cold.

Not sure you can go wrong with any of the menu, but definitely save room for dessert . Dare I say life changing!

Anything you order here is going to be AMAZING, José is a genius! My favorites were the chicken croquettes and the liquefied olives .

New and cosy but menu is to complicated. They are serving tapas actually but a lot of spanish in the menu. Takes time to understand what it is. Cokctail menu and other drinks are listed in i-pad.

Amazing. Tomatina Negroni . Bacon wrapped fantasticness. Promises of Pork on a Sunday. Piquillo pepper skirt steak . Olive oil ice cream . Love.

All of the food is amazing, no exceptions! But at least the night that I went, no one in the restaurant was getting what they ordered.

Best food in LV. Fourth time here. Only thing I wouldn't order again was pork paella . Bland and fatty. Everything else was amazing, as usual.

A bit disappointed in the paella . Seemed like it had sat around a bit before it got to us. Ham and caviar taco was decadent and delicious.

Must order: fried dates with bacon , ham croquettes and endive, orange and goat cheese tapas . For dessert , get the flan . It's divine!

Our amazing waiter Mario suggested he bring us the best tapas and keep them coming. Perfect choice!

Veal cheeks were amazing and so were the pork and foie gras cannelones. Flan is a great way to end the meal.
