Das Obere Belvedere und das Untere Belvedere bilden mit der verbindenden Gartenanlage ein barockes Ensemble. Die Bauarbeiten des Unteren Belvedere dauerten von 1714 bis 1716. Architekt war Lucas von Hildebrandt, neben Fischer von Erlach der bedeutendste Barockarchitekt Österreichs.

Not as stunning as the upper castle but still definitely worth checking out. The two castles with the garden in between are a must-see in Vienna.

Be aware that on the inside is just an art museum . Most of the rooms are not in their original state & don't look very interesting [save for some exceptions]. Outside architecture is beautiful, though

Smaller than actual Belvedere but ok. Ticket to main building 20 euros but if you buy the 3 combo ticket is 26 euros
