Often crowded , but a good place to try before you buy. Staff is pretty on point if you have questions.

They need to relocate this store west of the Ashley and get it out of the King Street tourist fiasco area. The store has already had all of its front windows and doors smashed out twice. Bad area!

Check your product BEFORE you pay for it. They will throw it in a bag and send you out the door without checking to make sure it is correct. Now I have to dive 6 hours to fix their mistake.

Go to apple .com, click on genius , set an appointment, and you're in and out. P. S. They have AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU ARE HONEST AND POLITE.

My girlfriend came in here to have the back of her iPhone 4S replaced, they did it in under 3 minutes. And it was only 20 something bucks.
