Great views , awesome location, plenty of things to do within walking distance, be sure to check out K street for great places to eat, lots of shade plus you can take it all the way to Old Sac

SPG members: There is a concierge lounge on the 25th floor - appetizers from 5-8pm, continental breakfast from 6:30am-9am. They have hard-boiled eggs ....and a PC and printer, too.

Comfy beds , nice rooms, and tasty chicken wings at the Public Market bar !

Cheryl Hawley

Free WiFi for UAL crew so make sure you sign up for the faster speed. I confirmed with the front desk that its taken off the bill. No sense in creeping the web at 2mbps when 6 is free also!

I have enjoyed my 5 day stay so much! I hope to come back and visit next year!

Ty Ford

No mini-fridges in rooms (but you can rent one for $25), WiFi $10-15 a day (but free in lobby), flatscreens but HD on only some channels - expect more for expen$ive hotel but typical of Sheratons.

David Giles

Order the White Linen cocktail - it's a very refreshing Sacramento creation!

Michael Maimoni

SPG all the way - sign up om the corporate site if you haven't already.

Connect your television to your iPhone via the LodgeNet app! The app allows you to control your television via your iPhone!

Adam Simon

The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything going on in the next room. And the decor hasn't been updated since the mid-90's. But maybe it's good for the terrible city of Sacramento?

Mary Timmons

Beautiful hotel with comfy beds . Very clean .

David Berman

Correction: The Concierge lounge is on the 26th/top floor and open to Platinum members, and possibly Gold members, if they ask the frontdesk.

Justin Liu

Ask for a to-go box at the Club Lounge if you can't fit your food on those tiny plates.

Suma Fong-Henry

Cheap city parking on 14th between I & H street. $5 day on weekend, covered.

J Hernes Abante

26th floor with a city view .

Nessa Carbajal

Fyi, the $5/day "green" voucher they'll offer you in lieu of housekeeping cannot be used towards any alcohol .

LuAnn Shikasho

If you don't spend at least $20 at the bar or restaurant , they refuse to validate parking ! Might as well eat more rather than pay the parking !

Mat Collis

Lovely rooms and great views

Nick Greif

Location is prime, staff is nice. Gym is large but machines are from the 70s, free weights up to 50lbs. Overall a good biz hotel . Read more

parking structure across the street - $18 for self-parking, $25 for valet. Drive past the hotel and make a left-turn at the light

24-hour gym ; pool open til 10pm. Great selection of equipment; also have freeweights.

Stephanie Vardavas

The towels are ordinary but the bed linens are very nice and the bed pillows are wonderful.

John Berchielli

Great location.

Regarding David B's tip, I went to the 25th floor and could not find the concierge lounge . When I asked about it downstairs, a staff member said it's only open to Platinum (not Gold) level members.

Jeff Reitman

Use the map mode on the surface PC's in the lobby. I played around with that for a half hour. Good times!

Used to be great. It's time to replace the beds. No room safe.

Grace Taylor

No general store at this hotel so good luck finding any snacks or meds. The hotel has been doing very noisy construction lately as well .

$10.50 for Grey Goose and Cranberry - ridiculous

Nyssa B

They charge for Internet.

Mario Agustin

Weird how there is no store here. Zero. And nothing around, such as a Walgreens. Very odd.

Aran Thrasher

Don't try to call Guest Services from the room, they won't answer.

Rafunzel Foltz

No safe. No minibar. Hmmmm
