Outstanding service , very clean and feels like your right at home! In the heart of the gables. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Miami!

Very nice as you would expect from the Westin. The double we stayed in only featured full size beds, would have preferred queens. Also no free WiFi !

The beds/linens are so comfy . No free Internet though?! AC unit in room is very loud , but outdoor pool with beautiful view is great.

Get a room as far as possible from the elevators , because the doors are flimsy and the hotel is very noisy , even in the middle of the night.

I don't get it - why can't they afford decent doors? It's particleboard, fraying on the edges, but the worse is NO sound insulation!!! I can hear people cough in the corridors as clearly as in room

Knowing Spanish will get you far in the service (e.g. ice hand delivered to your room without asking).

Sí no eres huésped el acceso a Internet te lo cobran 50 dólares por día, una locura. En el lobby, tienes acceso a Internet gratis (cada 1 hora se desconecta).

Muy mala y cara la conexión a Internet sino estas alojado en el hotel . Incluso las personas alojadas , en los salones de la conferencia #salalm58 tampoco tiene conexión. Que desastre
