Looking for some mountain biking , this is the place for it. Plenty of trails and miles to explore from beginner to intermediate
This is a great spot for a gathering of friends/family. The playground entertains the little ones, a field big enough for a ball game and BBQs for grilling, really great spot with plenty of shade.

Bethpage State Park opens both the Red and Green courses for public sledding when weather permits.
Awesome for soft surface running. Lots of space. And if you're up for the challenge you can try the Greenbelt which goes to the South Shore.
Running and biking trails galore! Plenty of options for everyone.
It's a nice park . Love to walk my dogs their too.
Decent playground equipment for kids 2-5 and 5-12
Careful when on the bike path - its very slick in spots! Polo at the Park in the summer is fun too.
