I would use the stairs to access the upper floors. The term 'lift' has been used here incorrectly. A more appropriate term would be 'wait'. Aside from that (and few toilets ) a great public space.

I often wonder if people come here just to visit the toilet or to ride the lift; the latter one floor at a time.

A nice place to study but the staff can be a little noisy , so is the bar on the first floor

Study with a view in the Veldekezaal on the fourth floor! Staff is a bit noisy though.
