Wow, this place is good! Did a build your own bowl with baba ganoush in lieu of hummus plus lamb and a sundry of other delicious toppings.
The chicken shawarma is the best with and w/o the bowl. The first experience was bad with the staff making rude comments and charging me the wrong amount. But I gave them another try, food is great.

Shawarma is by far the best in Charlotte. Hummus is done right and the lamb tastes amazing!
