Definitely the best phad Thai I've had, yes there is a wait but it is completely worth it, make sure you get the special phad Thai in the omelette
Padthai options range from basic or vegetarian THB60, to those fried with egg & deep-sea prawn THB90, to the full works which includes crabmeat , sliced squid & sliced green mango THB300!
This is indeed the best Pad Thai I've tried in Bangkok. Note that they don't make chicken pad thai . Only shrimp or vegetation . I don't eat seafood , so I had the vegetarian and it was delicious.
Pad Thai is very yummy. Wait is probably an hour as soon as it opens. It’s all seafood and the regular shrimp dish only comes w two pieces. A little rip off but still very good food.
The pad thai is amazing. Went with high expectations, waited in line for half an hour watching them cook, and then our expectations were exceeded. The coconut and orange juices were also excellent.
A 0,33 bottle of Chang beer from SevenEleven across the street will support you while in the waiting line .
This is another recommended version: your noodles wrapped in a thin layer of fried egg with big sea prawns . If you are curious, watch the skillful cook create this dish at the outdoor kitchen
Not sure if it was the best here. Pretty decent, but you’ll definitely need the chili flakes , fish oil and lime to do the magic. Would be whole lot better if it was piping hot with more ‘wok hei’.
There’s a big waiting line outside. But the place and the food is great.
Word is that this is the best Pad Thai in Bangkok , and I couldn’t agree more! I ordered the “original” which comes wrapped in a scrambled egg . It was everything I expected! Highly recommend!
I ate 1 1/2 superb Pad Thais but I could continue eating until my stomach exploded. They are the most famous Pad Thai cookers all over Bangkok and it's not by chance. Go there & have the best noodles
Rather than queue like crazy here for over-rated and mass produced Padthai , just go a couple of shops along the row for Jay Fai (#327) and experience the real fiery wok.
Very thin scrambled egg wrapping moist yet chewy pad thai is a must-hv. For drinks, the ice coconut drink is amazing. Orange juice got very strong and intense orange flavour, yet it's a bit too sweet
When telling your taxi driver to get you to "Thip Samai", a local said to also mention "...pratu phi phad thai ...", in order to be sent to the right place
The epitome of classic pad thai . Overall taste is sublime together with high quality ingredient and lovely orange juice !
Worth visiting every night. Recommend to visit after midnight to avoid long waiting line then you will await for few mins.
Expect to wait up to an hour along the pavement in front of the shop. While waiting, grab a drink (beer , soda , cider , etc) from the convenience store across the road , or nibble on local snacks
2-3 cooks frying padthai during peak hour mealtimes. Preparing such a big batch is not an easy task, to get each plate's consistency right
Besides the usual condiments like cut chilli , locals also add crunched peanuts , sugar and to cut through the greasiness, bits of banana blossom (in background)
Tourist spot for local Thai noodle & street food . The taste is right for getting experience Thai taste but for me I don’t think it is the best one.
Had the recommended pad thai with the omelette on the outside, I wouldn't say it was the best pad thai it was just good, the iced coconut is totally worth it though!
Great pad thai , they have also vegetarian/vegan version. Wonderful orange juice with pulp, you can buy it while standing in the queue for a table... and there is quite long one .
Even after getting a seat, expect to wait for your orders to be served. They have seating on all of the first floor, and further in, even on the second floor! We waited about 45 minutes at peak hour
They have so many types of padthai , but the original is the best. Remember to try the orange juice , you will fall for it just like i did.
Very local Thai Style Noodle "Pad Thai ". It is very famous for Thais and foreigners so expect to get long queue. Orange juice is superb!
Other than Pad Thai is good, the orange juice is also good. Ask for the Orange juice prices as it fluctuates. Mine was 160 baht for the big bottle while a Pad Thai costs only 90 baht
There's a line , but if you go on the Expique food tour , you get right in! Anyway, love the texture of the noodles ! But if you like it spicy , you'll have to sauce it up yourself.
Extra fresh condiments to go with your fried noodles : bean sprouts for crunchiness; lime & banana blossom to cut through the greasiness
Take note. If you are seated in the cooled rooms at the back, there's a surcharge
This is the place if you want a great place of pad thai . Go for the most expensive option with loads of crab meat and dried squid with big prawns (250 baht) . Worth every single Baht
Good Pad Thai but it's very popular place and have to stay in the queue for 20 minutes. Ask for chili and peanuts because they cook not spicy . Have not alcohol only orange juice .
Best orange juice I ever tasted. The superb Pad (80 baht) is perfect! Tasted that and the traditional one (50baht). I really wanna come back.
Ordered the original and the wrapped with egg pad Thai ! Both are equally good, except the wait. We waited for like 45 minutes to get a table.
Best phad thai you can eat in bangkok, prices are very affordable . Try the orange jus though the jus is expessive. A must try in bangkok
This is sooo yummmy, from the first bite til the last mouth, chewy rice noodle . Do order their fresh orange juice with pulp. Check out their outdoor cooking stations
Good god just order the pad Thai wrapped in egg and be happy forever. No line right after it opened but when we left an hour later it was out the door and around the corner!
Supposedly the best Pad Thai in Bangkok . 90B for their supreme special, you'll wait a bit outside but worth it.
You can't go wrong with any of the pad thai options. Definitely order the orange juice . The line can become super long, but it goes quickly.
BEST Pad Thai in Bangkok - wrapped in egg omelet ! Get their freshly squeezed orange juice
Food is indeed good and the line is long but there's no need to wait if you want to get take-away. Just skip the line and go to the special counter. You'll have your food in about 1 minute.
Vegetarian version is fried without the prawn sauce, with mushroom slices, and if you want an egg with it or not
Get a bottle of their fresh squeezed orange juice for 160THB while you're waiting to get seated. Can't go wrong with the pad thai menu.
Excellent place. Would really recommend to anyone. Pad thai , Spring roll , Stir fry and the orange juice were amazing. 10/10
Most delicious pad Thai I've ever had in my life ????. So yummy delicious. It's worth it to make the queue
The more deluxe pad Thai (with the bigger prawns ) tasted more rich and less creamy. Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes in line at peak hours.
Where fresh orange juice sill means fresh orange juice . Oh, and the pad thai was an excellent addition also ;)
It was our last day and we ran out of cash. Wanted to use credit card, but they didn't take it. Then a native family at the next table came out and just payed for us. How kind! We were truly grateful.
Espectacular. Best Pad Thai ! Orange juice is another great surprise. 100% recommendable
Ordered both superb and standard Pad Thai . Both are delicious but the superb was sweeter and not as tasty as the standard. Standard also came with tofu and scrambled eggs bits so in my opinion better.
The best Pad Thai i have ever eaten. Also be sure to try the coconut juice .
The best for this kind of sweet. Thai specialty. Too bad it's often crowded and it's difficult to get a table! Sweet milk is the best topping choice! - Justine J
Not sure you should go out of your way to see this, but it is a fun photographic opportunity if you're nearby. Can especially have some photo fun around sunrise/sunset with framing or light trails. - Simple Discoveries
