Tabata & HIIT classes are superb here but book early. Be confident & nab those benches from talking gym junkies during peak times otherwise u could be waiting for a while. Great changing facilities.

Best gym in the Greenwich, more than enough cardio equipment . The weights room can get VERY busy. Although if you like to work out in evenings after 9pm is usually melo. Wknd eve are very quiet .

Just opened on the 19th of September. Friendly staff , a bit busy during peaktimes, but lots of equipment and workout areas. Finally a good gym in west Greenwich!

Great gym for the money, and no contracts are a nice touch. Be warned though - they will test your tolerance for horrible dance music turned up to 11.

Not as good as Pure Gym Oval but not bad. Weights are in plentiful supply and there's a plethora of cardio equipment . Look out for the secret TRX space :)

No car park & on-street parking has been recently restricted making it difficult to find a space. Expect the council did this due to complaints about the selfish few parking at the bus stop .

Great classes , very affordable price !

Management at this gym is very proactive. They have both banned members for not for not returning equipment when finished (as it got really bad) and now extended the free weights area due to demand.
