The plaza , which used to be a Japanese department store called Yaohan, contains many small stores including fashion, stationery, and music shops. :)
One of the poorest managed shopping plazas in HK. The escalator that connects with the main road entrance never work, always under repair or maintenance!!!
Many small shops aims at young adult and teens.
