Hotel NH Collection Köln Mediapark

The room was great and well equipped and had a view including the Dom. However there's no noise insulation you can clearly hear the people talking in the corridor.

Nice location and good rooms and bath but slow wifi . First time in my life I've seen the cars parking spaces for ladies in garage of the hotel ... They are wider than for men... Probably for blonds;)

Good breakfast , modern and clean rooms . Parking spots in the garage quite small though, we almost hit the fire system when opening the trunk...

Get some sweet treats while waiting to check in or out.

We had a confrence there, but the coffee service was awkward. Service wasn't friendly and helpful.

Old fashion rooms, is ok if you are +60 years old. Good location but not my best choice at Köln, breakfast of course, Overrated

Schönes Hotel direkt am Mediapark. Vegane Optionen zum Frühstück !

Je höher man sein Zimmer hat, desto schwächer ist das WLAN - im 4. Stock fast nicht vorhanden, im 7. gar nicht vorhanden. Ansonsten sehr schönes Hotel , modern und großzügig.

Zimmerservice ignoriert abgeschlossene Türen und "Bitte nicht stören"-Schilder. Beim Duschen setzt man wegen der kurzen Wand zwangsläufig das Bad unter Wasser .

Reception bemüht sich , weder WLAN noch Netz auf dem Zimmer , TV geht ständig aus. Putzfrauen kommen ständig rein. Für 1 Nacht sind die Zimmer komfortabel, aber der Rest nervt.

Sauberes Zimmer und Hotel , jedoch nicht mehr ganz so makellos, wenn man genauer hinsieht..

Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden. Morgens zwangsläufig trockene Nase und trockener Hals....

Hier herrscht noch echte Steinzeit! Wenn man ein Mobilfunknetz braucht, muss man nach Zimmern auf der 'Domblick'Seite fragen. Sonst geht echt nix. Unglaublich, aber auch 2014 immer noch wahr.
