BBQ Brisket was awesome. The sauce was incredible. Just the right amount of sweetness.
Ethyls has always had great food. Most people will recommend the bbq nachos . A hidden menu gem is their smoked catfish . Ethyls is a staple of O’Fallon.

Good food, little cramped for groups, the smoking area or outside patio had the most space (not good for non smokers or cooler weather.
So the smoking section is totally separate from the rest of the dining. She is mad because we get the best bar and views . Whhaaaa!!! Lots of other places if you don't like it.
