If you are buying a ZAGG screen protector, do it across the street at the Best Buy Mobile in the Citrus Park Mall . They don't charge $7.99 like BB Citrus does to install it on your phone.

If u trade in any regular dvd you get $5 off of a any blue-ray, but it ends August 11, 2012. And u get one coupon for each movie . They will do this promotion again soon look out for it.

They help with phones but if you need cords..you will be told to go online and order one...they don't carry power chargers in their stores...you may have to turn the phone in too...

So many fun gadgets I want them all! Unfortunately, this store needs their displays refreshed- Skullcandy headphones with no sound, 3D glasses that didnt work, the Nintendo 3DS wasn't charged either.

Like this place better than the other Best Buy.

Their mobile division is much better in store than at the mall .

They have a bigger selection overall vs Wesley Chapel. Return policy much better too!

Worst costumer service ever. dont even know how to do a trade in a on a phone and accused me of having a broken phone that i just had working at home.Kaylieh was very rude and needs a attitude change
