Filthy dogs in carts in new grocery dept. Appears no placard is needed to park in handicapped parking either. ARMPIT of stores in the area.

Its just like a game of Frogger trying to cross through the aisles with very slow walking shoppers and shopping carts !

Go later in the evening on a weekday..much less hectic.
