A manager just stood by as a man washed his face and hair from the water spigot at the drink station. I think I'll stop defending my mayor crown.

This is it. I'm not coming back. The rudest most ignorant person I've ever dealt with took my order today. She really should not have a job that requires interaction with the public. RUDE.

Even as short as I am I found it hard to sit on their mini sized toilet

Always double check your order, something is always wrong. Expect to wait for your food because there were no cars ahead of me, yet it still took over 5 minutes for me to get my food.

I found where the zoo keeps their excess animals.

Nice try, but ya screwed up my order you dinguses.

Unfortunately , they can't seem to "get it right". And the customer service is horrible. And "No thanks "laura" I just got home, I do not want to drive back to pick up the order that you screwed up "

This is the WORST McDonalds I have ever been to. I have never ONCE gotten the right order. Save your appetite for Council Bluffs.
