Great hotel , AMAZING staff and terrible food. Would stay here again because of all staff , the best I've ever came across. They have a great "animacion" team, the activities are also a lot of fun.

We ,became Viva members last year.we love the staff love the hotel ,especially because it's not a huge hotel easy to find your way,the ala carte restaurants are top notch very good food,

Great Place, good food, plenty of activities 2 do w the staff everywhere, if you have children, the children club will be awesome for them...

Awesome experience. Food was very good with a lot of choices. Entertainment was the best! Suggest u ask 4 a dehumidifier 4 ur room 2 keep comfortable . Crystal clear water with endless beaches .

Head to the La Fiesta Disco at 11 pm for some great dance music and party with the performers in the nightly plays! They're hilarious and great dancers.

The resort activities were SO much fun! Water/step aerobics, volleyball , salsa/merengue dance lessons, bingo , darts , bocce ball , ping pong , tennis , etc.

Be sure to check out the nightly performances/plays at the theatre by the beach ! The music and dancing is absolutely incredible. Marvelous.

I’ve been traveling to Mexico for several years and I have never endured such a horrible resort . I ended up leaving after 2 days even though I wanted to leave the first day.

Excellent resort ! Outstanding service at all of the restaurants and delicious food. The food presentation at the a la carte restaurants is SUPERB!

Go to the La Terraza for breakfast EARLY! The restaurant gets VERY busy around 8 am. The food here is absolutely delicious.

You can't "save" your beach/pool chair before 9 am. Security is watching. Get out in sun early in the morning. It's much hotter and more relaxing.

The place is pretty nice but the food isnt so good they need more entertainmnt cuz is too quite.. they also need to do sth with the food.. you need to eat sth while u drink

Make sure you learn some basic Spanish phrases and words prior to coming here. Majority Spanish speakers, few English speakers.

The restaurant/sauna should get an a/c installed.

Excelente hotel si vienes con niños, no es extremadamente grande, puedes ir de un lugar a otro rápido. El snack deliciosa pizza . El restaurante poca variedad. Lo sobresaliente las clases de arquería.

Excelente servicio, el personal es extremadamente amable y atento. La infraestructura es muy bella y el descanso es increíble gracias a todo esto.

Davvero un Resort di qualità! Tutto a misura di uomo e ogni cosa curata nei particolari. Anche l'organizzazione é perfetta! Lo consiglio a tutti!

Un paraiso el lugar! Gastronomia y la recreación perfecta. Pero la atención podria ser un poco mejor. Otro dato: no compren las excursiones porque salen el doble. En frente hay varias recomendadas.

Las amenidades de las habitaciones son limitadas pero se compensa con los servicios incluidos como tiro al blanco, paseo en velero, alberca para adultos, bicicletas disponibles. Me gustó!

Excelentes instalaciones. Con tematica selvatica y de cultura maya. El personal muy cordial y el equipo de animación siempre armando actividades. Una placentera estadía .

Aquí está genial el acceso a playa , todo lo all inclusive hace de la experiencia bastante grata, pero, tengo que decir que la comida y bebidas no brillan realmente.

Grande organizzazione . Se potete evitate le camere al piano terra che per via della vegetazione hanno un odore di umidità. E non perdetevi gli spettacoli serali dell'animazione , sono davvero belli.

Cuenta con alberca exclusiva para adultos, libre del bullicio de los niños (especialmente pequeños).

Bonito hotel con buen servicio y accesibilidad para personas con discapacidad; mucha fauna local (sereques, no se espanten, no son ratas); eso sí, en época de lluvias se inunda.

En ocasiones para el desayuno buffet en el restaurant "La Terraza ", ponen vodka Absolut, ¡aprovechen!

La cancha de tenis es de "césped sintético" (igual que... En ningún lado, porque no existen las canchas de césped sintético) y también es muy resbaladiza por las mañanas.

Me trataron excelente tip escojan las. Habitaciones del 2200 son las más centricas para todo.

Si vas a cenar en el restaurante Maya Xul Ha recuerda ponerte repelente para mosquitos sino quieres convertirte en su cena .
