My dads a Mithai connoisseur and this spot holds a special place in his heart. Within the span of a month I sent him a variety box of Mithai twice all the way to Virginia! Savory snacks also good
Really enjoyed the chocolate burfi and chum chum. Make sure you ask for the gulab jamun with syrup and heated up!
Omg I love this place. It is the best desert place for take out . They have beat Laddu ????????
Many different varieties of Chaat , a filling Indian-style snack . Plenty to choose from, including samosas , sweets and other veggie offerings.
I random pick veggie snacks , samosas and sweets for dessert . Good quality Indian specialties.
Best Indian Sweets in NY area - nothing competes with the Maharaja Kalakhand, also a great selection of indian dishes - totally vegetarian
We like the sooji halwa
The rasmalai is to die for. Try the Bengali kalakand and compare to other kinds.
A great chaat place . Samosa chaat , dahi puri , the works..
Get the rasmalai & kulfi !
Indian sweet shop with Punjabi-style desserts .
Be very specific when you ask for almond burfees
Get barfi/kaju katli and coconut ladoos!
Try the special birfi (sweet) and the bread pakora (spicy )

I like their fancy boxes
Had dosas (amazing), chaat (delicious), idli (my favorite), and spicy butter milk lassi (non my jam, but probably delicious for those who like it). - Deborah Chang
Like the aloo parathas. Ask for butter and separate curd for $1 extra - Kunjan Punatar
This is the best Indian food I have ever had. Chicken tikka, chicken buryani, beef kabob (not the gola kabob) and garlic naan. This place is best for take out. - Chanah Sheldon
Fresh produce always, great prices, try the Reena mango ice cream its great. - A L.
Get the kulfi. Only 75 cents and delicious. The cream flavored one was out of this world. - Jeff S
$0.50 for a big bunch of cilantro. Fresher &cleaner than the one from New York Mart. They even have fresh banana blossom. - Puu Kampolratana
