Simplicity is beauty. A statement to define Greenwich V. As a quaint and chic-like mall within the Seletar estate, Greenwich V exudes a charm of serenity, nestled amongst the greenery.

Having light lunch at kopi seletar (kopitiam ). Very relax place. Clean n tidy. Satisfy wz d food. Not a big mall but you can find diff kinds of foods (photos attached) I like d ambience at 2nd floor.
Went here around 2:00 pm on a Sat. It's a good hangout, if you're looking to chat and have coffee . You can dine-in at Awfully Chocolate , Coffee Bean or Toast Box. Not crowded
A nice & cozy place to chill esp on a lazy w'end having coffee n seeing the world go by ..the 2nd floor eatries are worth a visit,at the v least for its ambience.
Apr 2016: Not much dinner crowd with lots of vacated foodcourt stalls & retail shops; a great contrast of weekdays evening crowd from nearby The Seletar Mall @ LRT station. Time to revamp retail mix!
Well am grateful there is Greenwich just next to our house but it's really getting very boring since some shops had moved over to Seletar mall . N tenants can't support the high rental.
The Foodcourt Kopi Seletar is a total failure! So many stalls all shut down liao... Soon the whole Foodcourt will close shop!
Not much to do here, except when you are looking for food. But, this is a nice place to hang out when you are looking for a quiet place .
The GreenWich is the best for all the shop like Prima-deli, Hair cuts and Extra......
Not much dinner / shopping crowd, might be partially due to its narrow curve slope down to #B1 carpark, that there are some long / big cars that would rather wait for vacated carpark lots at #01.
This place is actually pronounced "grin-itch". One E and the W are silent. Read more
Like everywhere in Singapore it's all chains
Quite an ulu place to be at! But a gr8 place to study at :)
Salted butterscotch brownie was delectable, but the latte leaves much to be desired. Purely a chocolate place.
Kopitiam food court here. Remember your Kopitiam card to get discount off your meal!
Chintas Manis kueh r half price after 8pm!
Sat 7:30pm. Kopitium is not crowded at all. Two stalls are closed. Steak from Western stall is not bad.
Great place to dine and shop!
Tranquility.... And one of my favorite eateries is here...
dont buy fish & chips from the western stall . the portion is so small, u'll think its kids meal ...
Nice and unique environment!
The kopitiam is packed all the time. Hehe. Herbal soup muz try.
Nice grilled chicken n value for money
It's pronounced Grey-nich...let's see how many locals can pronounce it. Lol.
Groceries shopping made prefect with minimum Q at cashier
Love the peacefulness of it all
Ocbc ATM at carpark. Convienient!
Nice place :)
stuffy n cramp
Cold Stone on the 2nd floor! With Quiznos.
Rather expensive carpark charges for a 'nothing much to shop' small neighbourhood mall .
Can't believe they cut down the huge trees and replaced them with such terrible landscaping.
I WANT THE HAWKER CENTRE BACK!
Finally there's 1 DBS & 1 OCBC ATM !
Avoid the claypot Stall in the kpt. Go n witness how it's prepared first. 2. The western Stall has the worst mushroom soup I ever tasted.
the awkward moment when you try and be all atas but end up giving the wrong pronunciation instead.
Fun place...
parking is freaking expensive !
Ban Mian stall assistants are rude!!!
Most boring place ever.
Place is as boring as whale shit. This is the answer to the Seletar Market and food centre?
