I stopped going there too, for the same reason.No customer in their bones.
The service depends on which employee is working.They can be rude and have no customer svc skills in their bones..I don't go there anymore...

They just denied a US passport as a form of ID. And we're super rude about it! There are better places to go around here. Avoid it.
