Service is ok, just really depends on your waitress . I lived above BBW for a year and visited many time. Sometimes service and food is great and other times not so much about 40% you'll be ok!

They will tell you they don't have seats on NFL Sunday but check the section to the left because that is self seating. Three tables were open and they were going to have me wait 30 min to be seated.

On Nov. 24 2012 the bar is a bit slow. Two male bartenders . One is decent, the other has much room for growth. He took an order and forgot. Second guy later got it.

Make sure you have time to wait because they are in no hurry to bring your food. Oh and the waitress will disappear on you, too!

Before 12: 30 food comes out super quick during the weekdays :-)

Try the potato wedges with queso nomnom!

Slow service. Your server will ghost on you. There are way too many good places to eat in downtown Norfolk to come here.

Experience extremely shitty service here. Meal arrived really late, and in a to go box when I didn't order it to go. Then was told I could just take it out and eat it since it wasn't to go.

Service is terrible. Server forgot about us. Another server was yelling at someone across the restaurant to go sick a d...k, b...ch to someone... Don't come here.

Do not go there if you are in a hurry.
