Baggage Claim

You are going to be here a while if you checked bags. It takes a long time for Southwest to get the checked bags from the plane to baggage claim

Be aware: it usually takes 20-30 min for your luggage to get to baggage claim

Their system of calling out the flights' carousels is terrible and broken. Just wait until you see people from your flight congregate somewhere.

We were able to get our bags as soon as we got off the flight and walked directly here. Barely any wait.

New baggage claim area was opened in June 2012-well worth the wait.

The way there keeps getting moved around. Ask someone if the signs seem to be lying to you. They probably are.

So sad and desolate. It makes me feel not coming back to Houston.

if you're hungry don't expect 2eat food in the terminal you will be stuck small snack shop after the baggage claim

Takes a long time for bags to get here when compared to other airports
