Steak 'n Shake

Less than enthusiastic staff tonight. Large party taking up one whole area & staff seems most concerned with them. Fries are all cold & this was how my husbands' bacon burger extra bacon was served.

We got excellent service and the kids eat free on the weekends. Mimi is a great waitress .

I come here more for the shakes than the burgers , but it's a good fresh, burger . Fries are good.

I had to give it a try for breakfast ... had a country skillet . Nothing to rave about, thinest biscuits I've ever come across. I guess they're just used to squashing the meat for the burgers .

Grilled chicken on wheat toast with jalapeño , tomato and guac is delicious!

Western Bbq & Bacon = HEAVEN

Walked in waited at least 5 min b4 some1 acknowledged us to sit down. Very dirty & at least 12 tables were dirty & not cleared off. Not very busy & taking a long time to place order
