Eat at the Bistro ! Sliders and clam chowder are amazing (sometimes the chowder is watery, make sure you get the creamy). I like the caesar salad and my mom likes the non 20/20 chop-chop salad .
Wet swim suit? There's a swim suit drying machine in the men's locker room (top floor) - works pretty good, and there are plastic bags that can be used for any additional dampness. Give it a try!
This place is perfect :) Fully equipped gym
Pro Sports Club has the best personal trainers who can help make your workout at the gym more efficient and effective. Highly recommend it.
Great facility. Trainers and staff are nice and helpful. Check out the pool, the dim gym room, the squash courts , and the bistro . No signal, but free WiFi !
Great place with treadmills , eliptical bikes and there are TVs with audio on FM, there are bikes with TV series you can watch any episode of them. Great
The lounge area in the Bistro is now available for people under 21. If you want a sit down meal without having to grab a number and ordering ahead this is the place to go.
If you see a ProClub worker doing a great job, fill out a positive comment report. President Dick Knight reads them all and you'll make the employee's day
Lots of tools and highly professional personal trainers explaining how to use them
Pool closes 10:30pm weekdays. Not crowded times: mornings, sunday afternoon and weekend evenings, workday mornings and noons.
The gym is pricey , but the money is worth it since it is well equipped, clean , and staff is friendly .
Swim lessons for the little ones are great! Best instructors and a heated pool .
From equipment to spa to bistro - everything is great.
Lots of parking in the lower level. Don't be lazy to walk...you're at the gym . :)
They've got a trap bar and some bumper plates in the free weight area, along with a lot of kettle bells (and the usual stuff, too).
Be sure to drink up your water between sets - your body needs its water; depriving it of water is not a great idea, Cellucor Nation!
Do attend Kickbox BLAST! and Tour de PRO cycling classes . Don't bother with Friday's TRX "happy hour " class - it's way overcrowded and the odds are you won't get in.
Great Promotion-Family Fun Night in the Aquatic Center & Pavillion-obstacle courses, games; special menu @ Bistro & additional Food Center @ "Cast" Room w/hot dogs & other kid faves.
If you are family with older children and young toddlers of mixed gender, they don't offer a good solution for change rooms unless you pay an extra fee. They charge for everything.
One of the most bougie places in Seattle. Makes me feel like I'm back at home in Dallas.
Great facility. Take two towels from the front desk like a pro.
Gucci Sports , wellness , and medical facility. You have to have a significant income to be s member.
Try the vegetarian pasta with garbanzo, spinach , olives and green peppers - it was amazing
Sunday nights are Super Fun Sundays. Inflatable toys in the pool and a bouncy house and slides in the Pavilion. Avoid the snack bar . All junk food and overpriced.
Margie is the best for physical therapy and Jamie is awesome for medical massages . They both have been instrumental in my crazy outdoorsy lifestyle.
The squash court is hard to find - go down the stairs across from the woman's aquatic locker room . Has a cool sitting area.
Only ducked in to play a few rounds of badminton . The court markings are very confusing. They also don't have a proper waiting system for the courts.
This place is just amazing. One stop health.
Protein shakes are good! Pano is are delicious!
The racquetball courts are top notch. Just remember to get your own equipment. The loaners are subpar.
Check out Disco night in the lower cardio theater - two DJs spinning, disco ball, and dancing !
Best part of the week is the Saturday Step class by Caroline.
Friday Club Night Zumba . Free, fun and Derik is an awesome instructor !

Go to the PRO Club Bistro and get the Healthy Breakfast Sandwich . Tastes great and is a good carb/protein mix.

Try going to the steam room to relax after a long workout
Inflatables on sunday are great!
Ben Smith is a great trainer !
Reserve squash courts 3 days in advance.
Find the cardio theatre . It's way better working out in dim lighting . Adjacent to the weight room .
