They know what type of place they are. What you had was TRUE Mexican rice , not the Americanized version you find elsewhere
Been here 3 times with 2 bad experiences. Had to settle for this since they couldn’t remember how to make what I wanted.

It’s our “go to” Mexican restaurant in town. Dos Equis pitcher on tap. Tonight I had the Mexican Sandwich with Colorado hot sauce on the side- delicious. Great service tonight. - Johnny Bravo
We heard bad things it but wanted to see 4 own. we put them to the test with 14 of us. Awesome service! Never had to ask 4 refills and food was pretty good as well. We really enjoyed all around. - Scott Basile
