Probably the only NYSC where you can always get a game of basketball in without waiting. One drawback is that parking will cost you $1.50 for two hours.

Go to Dorothy's spinning classes ! She's really intense but super sweet. If its your first time she'll help you set up your bike and will check up on you throughout the class to see how you're doing.

If you want to play some basketball , get there at either 7am or at 4pm. This goes on from Monday-Friday.

zumba is a guaranteed good time. kristine's class on tuesday is the best followed by the wednesday and friday classes taught by other instructors

Tuesday 5:30 spin is amazing. Great work out music .

Pretty nice gym but the weights seem older than at most of the local NYSC in the area.

This club has a pool and features a fantastic program to teach how to swim . Highly recommended.

Bootcamp class on wednesdays at 6:30 pm is off the hook!!!
