I mainly go here for the nightlife. It gets crazy! It's hard to get a drink once it gets packed, but the DJ is always jumpin on Saturday nights. Definitely my go to spot in downtown Charleston.

Whoever wrote that oku is not great for vegetarians is a dumbass. This is actually the only place in charleston where you can get delicious veggie rolls . Totally veg and vegan friendly !!

Happy hour MWF is an amazing deal, the staff is so friendly . Swordfish/lime roll and yellowfin roll were divine. Cocktails were inventive and delicious. Love!

Go on Thursday's! There is a hip-hop violinist that plays live music after 8. O-Ku has a very cool atmosphere, and pretty decent happy hour prices.

Order the martini with the habanero vodka . But DON'T get the 5 Toros 5 ways. It's like 10 chiclet sized pieces of fish (but sliced as thin as paper) for 20$ it looks like Barbie doll food!

Beautiful space. Sushi is great, waitstaff are great -- Kane, Lindsey, Jasmine etc. Killer happy hour deals on drinks and food MWF from 5-7. Yum.

Tina tataki roll , firecracker roll , poke , rock shrimp , and sea urchins were friggin awesome.

Okonomiyaki was slightly salty but very good, interesting Korean twist on it by adding Kimichi to it. Grilled duck was delicious and tender.

Go for the lobster hand rolls off the app menu and the salmon lemon roll. Stellar.

Waited over 2 hours for mediocre, over-priced food. Got a few apologies, but that's about it. Not a large variety of vegetarian options . Bad wine . Do not recommend.
