I've been coming to Vistana's beach club since I was 6 and am now 21. I've meet some of the best friends I've ever had here that have become life long friends. The staff welcomes me and my family back
CONT: with open arms every year. The staff has been excellent and Tara, Elena, and Barry are the greatest! This is my favorite place on earth!
I've been going since I was little and the staff is so friendly . The only downfall is that the pool closes at 10pm. AND make sure to look for turtles at night BUT NO FLASHLIGHTS!!

Customer service needs work. They have "rules" and they will NOT bend the rules to please their customers. I am not impressed with Starwood's timeshare service
