I always have my Gong Cha oolong milk tea with 50% sugar, its just right. Not too bitter and not too sweet :D

After trying singapore's version of gong Cha signature milk , doesn't hold up to hk's in terms of quality. Heck, Malaysia gong Cha actually taste better.

If you want black pearls , don't come here until an hour after they open (11:30). What a pain.

Not standard taste at this outlet. My taro milk taste only milk , no taro flavour at all.. The one at tampines mrt & I12 katong is better.

ONLY 2 HELPERS! GOT TO WAIT FOR LIKE HALF AN HOUR JUST TO GET THE BUBBLE TEA .

Prepare to wait longer during lunch hour. Doesn't seem to have much crowd in the evening.
