A family- run, hole-in-the-wall restaurant , serving tacos and burritos from a closet-sized kitchen. Tony Bourdain loved the breakfast burrito , and chicken and steak tacos .

spinach , papas, bean and cheese burrito is my solid go-to item. TVC’s red salsa (included on the side) is a critical component so make sure you don’t skip this in your meal.

Take out only, they do take card but it’s better to pay in cash. No seating. The breakfast burritos are good. There cheap but they are on the smaller side. Only metered parking .

People talk about this place like its the bees knees of breakfast tacos / burritos . It's good, and the prices are cheap , but the best breakfast burritos in la are at two bits in DTLA.

The kind of taco place every neighborhood deserves. Had tacos and burritos ; ordered multiple times. Love the hot sauce . Bourdain doesn't steer people wrong

TVC's breakfast burritos are the best in town , each one made to order. Eggs are scrambled into the ingredients and well seasoned as they cook. Their homemade hot sauce is magnificent.

It's really all about the peppery, garlicky homemade salsa here, and they know it. You'll want 2 for that burrito , so double-check your bag before you bail! The older lady will usually only give you 1

The Papas Chorizo Burrito is unbelievable!

They just have such a lovely breakfast menu , I've yet to tried the lunch menu will do so for sure.

Try both steak and chicken tacos . They are small, so almost snack size, but amazing.
