There's still a floor that's undergoing renovation but still a great selection of stores. It's more affordable than shops around Tsim Sha Tsui. Its connection to the Royal Plaza Hotel is convenient.

The mall is undergoing massive renovation now. When it completes, the family-run shops will move out, and the tourist-friendly retain chains selling luxury bags and cosmetics will move in.

Pretty huge mall with easy MTR connection.
Third floor has many more Japanese restaurants and yata is next to the food court . The top floor has great Chinese restaurants .
Check out the Melissa store, will be interesting if you are not aware of the brand itself - take a shoe and smell it.
