Coming from a new orleanian, here's my two cents: crawfish had more season on the shell than the tail. Nice seasoning but need to learn how to purge them then season the water like u season the shell
Catfish & shrimp platter w/ an extra order of fried oysters was really good, especially the catfish . Only two wine choices - white or red; get a beer . Server Stephanie is awesome! ????

Tex-Cajun Virgin, shoe-string fries topped with queso , gravy and roast beef , not for the faint at heart! The Anti-Oxidant Castle , a vegetarian sammich that wowed this omnivore!
Had the South Texas Fire Po Boy , and the southern version of the Canadian Poutine . It was delicious.
Used to have the best gumbo in town , along with great midnight cowboy po-boy. Alas, not anymore.

They get their bread from Leidenheimer Baking Co in New Orleans, which has been around for over 100 years.
Crawfish is great but male sure to have then double tossed if you spicy crawfish .

Try the surf and turf poboy . Most amazing thing I've tasted in a long time.
Their po-boys taste great, I'd suggest you try it before anything else there.

The waitress told us she wouldn't get us anything to drink within 20 minutes because she was alone. Walked up to one of many empty tables to clean . Priority is the key. She could have served us.
Try the specials. Safe bet is always the Royal St Secret with an Abita Purple Haze (beer ).
