Checked in before the 3pm time. Room was clean and neat. TV didn't have an HDMI port , but that's okay. If you're coming here from a booking from Agoda.com, your booking is saved for you.
No shuttle available for airports . Good restaurants are not nearby. Nice and clean rooms .
Nice hotel , no bedbugs, the whirlpool didn't work right in our room.

A good hotel, but the location is not good, the price is right. Far from Manhattan, but it has subway lines nearby. The neighbors are Indians and Mexicans and speak very bad English! - Aline Abelha
