Stayed 12 days for business. Not a bad hotel . Room service food was good, service even better. Water pressure a little bad but overall pretty nice hotel . No complaints. :)
The hotel is nice. Our hotel room was very big. They also have a shuttle to the airport .
the cleaners always get in to your room when you're sleeping and wakes you up cus there yelling ROOM SERVICE ROOM SERVICE ! and you're like : hey ma'am , i'm sleeping ! UUUUUH

Tea expo at Garnet Room till 1/17. They have tea tasting, seminar, pottery workshop, plus huge selection of tea and teaware!!!
$17 for parking in their garage . Go to the municipal parking 2 blocks up, $8 for up to 16 hrs in green area .
Perfect hotel if you like Asian food . 30 restaurants in walking distance. If you want something else, you have burger king, mc donalds and blimpies or cab it a few miles away! Stupid.

Disappointed. Beautiful room, but none of the TV remotes work! Not helpful.
This hotel has not been freshened to the niceness of other Sheratons. And cabbies from LGA don't know how to get here. Stay in Midtown instead.
The Conference Rooms Suck...There Wasn't Enough Breakfast For All Attendees...And The Food Was Disgusting...
Roomservice is terrible. Food wasn't just stale, it was petrified.
